Fenway Health provides comprehensive healthcare and wellness services, specializing in LGBTQ+ health. With a focus on inclusivity and excellence, they offer medical, mental health, and support services tailored to diverse communities. For over 50 years, their commitment to compassionate care has made them a trusted resource, with more than 700 staff serving a patient population of 40,000.
Facing a decline in available providers, patient volumes at Fenway Health dropped significantly by 2023. Managing schedules across two urban centers with outdated methods, including paper, Excel, and Google Docs, strained resources and required the use of 15+ per diem nurses to fill gaps.
Fenway partnered with us to achieve several objectives including to: maximize provider availability and patient volumes through efficient scheduling. Replace outdated scheduling methods with a centralized digital platform to enhance accuracy and reduce administrative burdens. Enable real-time schedule adjustments to minimize gaps and optimize staff assignments.
