Community Clinic of Northwest Arkansas (CCNWA) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) based in Springdale, AK, the heart of the growing northwest Arkansas/Bentonville region. CCNWA has served a diverse, growing patient population for over 30 years across its 14 health centers and 11 school-based clinics.

CCNWA faced severe staffing challenges, worsened by outdated paper-based scheduling and high employee turnover. This led to significant clinic inefficiencies and long lines of patients waiting for care. In response, leadership had to reduce patient appointments by 40% while reassessing staffing needs, drastically limiting patient access at a time of overwhelming demand.

CCNWA partnered with us to achieve several goals including to: enhance staff visibility and ease management by digitizing scheduling across all sites. Reduce access issues by using the product’s recommendation engine to place the right people in the right location at the right times.
