After years of consulting work in clinic practice operations, the concept was born from a workgroup initiative following the Veteran’s Affairs Choice and Accountability act independent review of VA operations. This review evaluated the patient access and productivity for 56,000 providers, 128 hospitals and >2,000 clinics.
Conducted a proof-of-concept project at Mount Sinai across 28 clinical subspecialties.
After years as a concept with the market dynamics changing TeamBuilder was launched in 2021 alongside beta client St. Joseph’s Health (Trinity).
